Power BI Experience is Required – but Mastery is Not!

I wrote a whole job description for this role, so I won’t duplicate all of it here, but this is important: we’re open to ALL levels of Power BI experience in this role, as long as it’s not zero. You need the human familiarity with the magic of these tools, but if you’re still early in unlocking all the secrets, that’s totally fine!

There’s plenty of opportunity in this role to continue developing your Power BI skills as well, since OF COURSE we use Power BI to help us measure and optimize our effectiveness. But even that is not a requirement, because we have a LOT of people around this campfire to help out.

Anyway, if you’re the kind of person who talks yourself out of applying for jobs because you don’t think you’re experienced enough yet, don’t do that. If this sounds emotionally like an interesting role, take a chance on yourself. We’re excited to meet you.
